Many people taking a different steps for own self caring in Winter because winter bring a cold weather short days then changes our daily routine. So it can be harder to stay active and motivated leading to decreased energy level. In this weather cold snap can be tough on our skin . So you can make sure you are using moisturizer on your skin and your skin type and don't forget to apply a lip a balm to avoid chapped lips.
